Pledge and Terms of Use

Pledge

I hereby pledge to comply with the Kobe City Ordinance on the Promotion of Exclusion of Organized Crime Groups (effective April 1, 2011 (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordinance")) (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordinance"), and to cooperate in the elimination of organized crime groups, I hereby pledge as follows.

(1) I do not fall under the category of a boryokudan (gangster/mafia organization) as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Ordinance, or a boryokudan (gangster/mafia organization) as defined in Item 2.

(2) The applicant does not fall under the category of a crime syndicate as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the ordinance, or a person who has a close relationship with a crime syndicate member as defined in Item 2.

(3) In the event of a violation of 1 or 2 above, the applicant shall not object to the prohibition of participation in the relevant program or any other measures taken by the city.

(4) That Kobe City may make an inquiry to the Chief of the Hyogo Prefectural Police Headquarters (hereinafter referred to as the "Chief") to confirm that the applicant does not fall under either 1 or 2 above. The applicant agrees that Kobe City may make an inquiry to the Director-General of the Hyogo Prefectural Police Headquarters (hereinafter referred to as "the Director-General") to confirm that the applicant does not fall under either 1 or 2 above.

(5) To provide necessary information to Kobe City at its request in order to implement the above (4).

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") apply to the services (the "Services") provided by Innovation Dojo Japan, LLC (the "Company") on this website. All users (the "users") are required to follow these terms and conditions.

Article 1 Application

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between Users and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

Article 2 Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited when using this service.

(1) Actions that violate laws and regulations or are related to criminal acts

(2)Actions that violate the posting guidelines established by the Company

(3)Acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, honor, or other rights or interests of the Company, other users of the Service, or other third parties

(4) Transmitting to the Company or other users, through the Service, any information that the Company deems to fall under or to correspond to the following

-Information that contains violent or cruel expressions

-Information that contains computer viruses or other harmful computer programs.

-Information that includes expressions that defame the reputation or credibility of the Company, other users of the Service, or other third parties.

-Information that contains obscene expressions.

-Information that includes expressions that promote discrimination.

Information that includes expressions that promote suicide or self-harm.

-Information that includes expressions that promote the inappropriate use of drugs.

-Information that contains antisocial expressions.

-Information that requests the spread of information to third parties, such as chain mail

-Information that contains expressions that may cause discomfort to others.

(5)Actions that place an excessive load on the network or system of this service.

(6)Postings or actions that may interfere with the operation of this service (postings include, but are not limited to, word of mouth, evaluations, and other text, images, video, or other data)

(7)Illegally accessing or attempting to illegally access the Company's network or systems, etc.

(8)Impersonating a third party, or registering false information in the information provided to the Company when applying for registration

(9)Using the ID or password of another user of the Service.

(10)Advertise, solicit, or conduct business on the Service without the prior consent of the Company

(11)Collecting information of other users of the Service

(12)Actions that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to the Company, other users of the Service, or other third parties

(13)Actions that conflict with the rules regarding the use of the Service posted on the Company's website.

(14)Offer profits to antisocial forces, etc.

(15)Registering services or products (including those under preparation) that may cause crime or social disadvantage

(16)Re-registering after having been subject to cancellation of membership due to past violations of these Terms.

(17)Any other acts that Kobe City and administrator of Kobe Startup Hub Service deem inappropriate or malicious in intent.

Article 3 Prior warning, Violation warning, Suspension of service, and Resignation from membership

( Prior warning )

In the event that a user violates the Terms unintentionally or accidentally, the Company will usually only delete the relevant postings, comments, etc. and send a Prior warning (to the registered email address) for the first violation.

However, Kobe City and the Company reserve the right to suspend the use of the service without prior warning in some cases.

(Violation warning and service suspension)

If a user violates the Terms again after receiving a prior warning, or if the company suspects that the user has violated the terms of the pledge, the company will temporarily suspend the use of the service and send a violation warning to the registered email address. In order to continue using the service, the user must agree to a meeting with the Company during the period of suspension (usually one week), and the content of the meeting must be discussed between Kobe City and the Company, and it must be determined that continued use of the service is acceptable.

( Resignation of membership )

In the event that a user does not respond to the interview during the period of service suspension, or in the event that Kobe City and the Company determine that the content of the interview is not acceptable for continued use, the Company shall take measures to cancel the membership. In addition, Kobe City reserves the right to invalidate the membership registration of any user who is found to have violated these Terms in the past and whose membership registration has been terminated.

Article 4 Disclaimer

The Company's liability for default and tort shall be exempted in cases where the Company's default or tort was not caused by its intentional or gross negligence.

In addition, the Company does not guarantee in any way that the Service will be suitable for the specific purpose of the user, that it will have the expected functionality, accuracy, or usefulness, or that the use of the Service by the user will not cause any problems for the user.

In addition, the Company does not represent or warrant the accuracy or reliability of any advice, opinions, statements, or other information posted or otherwise provided by the Company, its partners, users, or other individuals or organizations through the Service. Users agree in advance that any reliance on such information is at the user's own risk. The Company is not responsible for the actions of users, whether online or offline. Please use caution when using this service.

Article 5 Changes to the Terms of Use

The Company may change the Terms at any time without prior notice to users if the Company deems it necessary. However, if the change will have a significant impact on users, a reasonable period of advance notice shall be provided in advance, and the notice shall be displayed on the website of the Service or by any other method deemed reasonable by the Company. In the event that a customer uses the service after a change in the Terms takes effect, or if the customer does not apply for resignation from the service within the advance notice period specified by the Company, the customer shall be deemed to have agreed to the contents of the changed Terms.
